Is it okay to have iced coffee with liquid sugar after 14 hrs?

No. Many bacteria grow in glucose and if it has been has been standing the ice is melted and the liquid has warmed. If anyone has been drinking out of the cup enough time has lapsed to have colony counts of greater then 10 to the 6th power.
