Radiology tests do not affect the booster. The booster may affect mammography because it can cause enlarged axillary (armpit) nodes which may be confused for other diseases. So, you may get the booster anytime, assuming that you are due for it and have no contraindications.
An X-ray exam is not a contraindication for a COVID test, an immunization, or that immunization’s booster. There is no connection.

No relation between the two, you can get the vaccination any time after mammogram.
No restriction before booster. May be enlarged lymph nodes for some time after booster.
I think those are mutually exclusive. Bigger question is, 'iIs it fine to take the booster'? Food for thought....
All the best...
There is no interaction between diagnostic radiology and vaccination. You can do both on the same day.
