I am a 23 year old female. I want to know if low brightness is good for eyes?

Chooses a level of brightness that is most comfortable for you. There is no evidence that the brightness level causes any permanent damage or improvement. SO

Not sure what you mean by low brightness. If you don’t see clearly, you need to get your eyes checked with a dilated eye exam.
