“Is radiation worse than chemo?”
I am a 55 year old male. I want to know if radiation is worse than chemo?

The answer is not a simple yes or no. Different tumors react differently to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or a combination of the two . The goal is to treat the tumor. There are many chemotherapeutic agents with various side effects and actual effects. Discuss the choices with your oncologist who may perhaps know of patients who have had similar treatment to what is being offered to you or a loved one you can talk to.
No way to know really without knowing protocols and treatment areas for each.
