“Is there any way to get back feeling?”

I am 18 years old, I have stopped feeling the urge to pee when my bladder is full and I have lost feeling in my clitoris. I don't getting sexual excited and I stopped having sexual desire for a long time. I had ultrasound and blood tests done by a gynecologist and a urologist, the results show no abnormalities. At this age, I shouldn't have any problems with it, it worries me a lot, I can't function like other people. What could be the cause? Is there any way to get back feeling?
