A rheumatologist is who you need to see.
Take Advil 600 mg 3 times a day with food.
If not already done, then blood work to look for possible autoimmune processes contributing to your pain. Along with getting X-rays, MRIs, and even nerve conduction studies.
I think you need to see an orthopaedic surgeon to find out why your joint are hurting.

I am sorry you are in pain. Which joint is hurting? Have you had this evaluated?
What is the joint pain from?
Who prescribed the medication? Have you voiced your concerns to that person?

The simple answer is: see a doctor who specializes in joint pain. I would recommend a visit with a Rheumatologist, Primary Care sports medicine specialist, or Orthopedic surgeon to discuss your joint pain.
It sounds like you may have a type of generalized arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis. I would advise consultation with a rheumatologist.
You should have an exam done by your doctor and possibly x-rays in order to find the reason for your pain.
You may need help of a rheumatologist or orthopaedic surgeon.
You must get a diagnosis. Diclofenac is for inflammation. Neuron tin is for nerve pain.
You must do regular strength exercise for muscles about your joint and if you have over weight reduced weight also very helpfull.
You first have to find out the cause of the joint pain in order to proper treat.
See a rheumatologist
