Kidney function?

In March 2021, lab work showed a Serum Creatinine of 0.94 (range 0.70-1.50) with an eGFR of 90.3, Caucasian Male (Goal >=60).

In March 2022, lab work showed a Serum Creatinine of 1.05 (range 0.70-1.50) with an eGFR of 79.0, Caucasian Male (Goal >=60).

My question is, is this worrisome for kidney disease, worsening kidney function, or anything like that? In March I also had HbA1C at 4.9%, My BP is ~115-70, and I’m on Lipitor 20mg daily for high cholesterol.

Although your results are different from one year to the next, note that your results are still normal.  Serum creatinine can change depending on your muscle mass, medications taken, state of hydration, and whether or not you are using the same laboratory each time.  Your blood pressure and hemoglobin A1c are normal.  Your kidney test results are nothing to worry about, but should be followed on a yearly basis, at least.
It is good you are monitoring your blood tests.  This does represent a bit of a drop, but several non-worrisome things could explain these numbers.  If you had exercised vigorously before the recent test, that can increase the creatinine, and if you were a bit dehydrated, that can decrease the GFR.  It is very important to drink fluid before any kidney testing, even if you are "fasting".  The best choice is water.  Your cholesterol medicine should not affect either of these numbers, and your BP is good, so they are not the answer to your question.  Your A1C is great, so diabetes is not in the mix either.  If you are really worried, you could contact your doctor and do another test of the kidney function now.
But these numbers are still OK.
