Lump in upper-right chest area, severe pain in armpit and shoulder?

For a couple of weeks now I have had a hard lump in my upper right chest area that almost feels like a broken bone. I did not fall or break it on anything. I woke up one morning and could barely move it was so painful. I've also started to lose weight and I eat a lot. White male, 29 years old. I'm an everyday smoker, Don't drink. History of drug use. The only thing I could think of is my car door sometimes will try to shut on me in the driveway when I'm getting home and has hit my chest area a couple of times but it was never really painful. It's been weeks and it's not easing up. There is no bruising or redness around the area. I've researched and found a lot of things coming up related to a Pancoast tumor. After researching that my fiance who is in the medical field said she notices sometimes my left eye will droop. What should I do and what does this sound like to you?
Thanks,
-Cameron

Please present for a physical exam and blood work and diagnostic imaging. The cause and nature of this requires exam and focused imaging and blood testing.
