Many broken ribs from 7 years ago?

I have been through many surgery’s for many months in the hospital. I was crushed by a forming machine. What I really need to know is the name of a condition I have it’s a spot on my ribs that’s the size of a dinner plate that if you even touch them. I’m always in pain but touch those spots it’s white hot pain that makes me scream like a little girl ! What’s is that called.

That is a complicated question. It's hard to say why you're having that kind of pain. It's possible that your ribs did not heal correctly. In that picture, it looks like you have a plate on your ribs. Is that the case? If so, you could have some abnormal scarring. The super sensitivity to touch may be caused from nerve injury or impingement from the accident and/or surgery. As tough as it sounds, physical therapy and desensitization of the area are recommended to help make life more tolerable after this kind of injury and repair.
With broken ribs, you get damage to the nerves and so your pain could be secondary to neuropathic pain from injury to the nerves (which could have resulted 7 years ago from the original injury). You would need a more formal evaluation with a physical exam to potentially confirm this and determine that there is not another cause of the pain.
That is a protruding metal plate. It must be surgically removed. It's a foreign body. Your tissues will not heal because of this.
