Now I can't comment on the repair of it, However, having suffered from both of those in my life I recommend an aggressive physical therapy regimen before embarking on surgery. There is a way to heal these without surgery, and in fact, you will be doing much of the same PT exercises after the surgery is done. Food for thought.

Well, the first thing is to ask your surgeon what you are able to do. What are your restrictions? Second, do not do anything that will stress your chest until you are cleared by your surgeon. Third, you should only do exercises that are low impact and low overall stress to the body while allowing for long enough effort to get your heart rate up. Stationary biking can be good. Walking is the unsung hero of all post-surgery exercises. If you don't have something to do, Walk!!. You can walk a mile and get your heart rate up without stressing your body.

Overall, choose something that can get your heartrate up without overly stressing your body as you heal and Most of ALL...... get clearance from your surgeon!!!!!

A regular run-of-the-mill lipoma has no size which is required to be removed. A lipoma usually is removed when it is painful, causes difficulty with life, is unsightly, or has features that are concerning that it may be cancer. I cannot imagine a scarier situation than to wake up when you are under anesthesia. To wake up during surgery I guess I have to ask you what do you mean. Do you mean wake up and sit up and have full control of your body or do you mean just wake up in the middle of anesthesia? I'm going to discuss the second one more specifically cuz that's the scarier one. If you wake up while you're under anesthesia and your body is paralyzed but your mind is fully awake, you are able to feel everything happening and unable to react to anything. Imagine how scary that would be to have zero ability to react to something that is causing you pain. That's what happens when you would wake up during surgery if your body was still paralyzed. For the most part, the body is paralyzed completely during surgery in the likelihood of being able to sit up during surgery is extremely low.
Hope this helps. Have a good day.

You can remove the gallstones in theory, however, to remove the gallstones, you have to cut into the gallbladder. Once you cut into the gallbladder, you would have to close the gallbladder. Once you close the gallbladder, you now have a risk of that closure not working right. You now have infection risk and inflammation. All of which can cause further problems
within the gallbladder. If someone would go underneath the anesthesia risk and surgical risk to open the gallbladder and remove the stones, that person should have the gallbladder removed. There is no way through minimally invasive means to remove all of the stones from a gallbladder.

During orchiopexy oh, because of the anesthesia involved, the scrotum is completely relaxed. Stitches are placed through the scrotal wall into the testicle so that the testicle doesn't twist anymore. Because the scrotum is more relaxed, it's easier to manipulate the testicle and perform the surgery. Should it have been contracted, it would just be more difficult to
dissect. Bleeding would not be affected by the scrotum being relaxed or contracted.
