Nausea is a very common symptom and often happens in the morning. Sometimes it is related to anxiety. There are many causes for nausea besides pregnancy and GI conditions. A good GI doctor can help. Find one who will go beyond simply doing an upper endoscopy (which is usually normal) and will actually try to make a formal diagnosis.
