“My ear is plugged up?”
I clean my ears with 50-50 solutions of peroxide every day and one ear feels like swimmer's ear and will not drain?

No one needs to do daily flushing of ears, like what you are doing. Please see ENT specialist who can examine you and tell you what needs to be done
Get ears examined and treated.
Stop the peroxide. Use only maybe every three months. It will help break up to skin debris and cerumen, however will also cause chemical irritation of the ear canal skin leading to swelling and sloughing. May need to see ENT for microscopic cleaning

Probably impacted wax, you’ll need to see your PCP or ENT to clean it. Baby oil might help. 1/2 vinegar might help
