I would take him to the different emergency department and request a neurologist, a neuropsychologist, and EEG, a CAT scan of his brain and neck, and also a psychological evaluation with a complete metabolic profile panel and the works. He needs to be admitted to find out what’s going on. He’s passed the outpatient stage and needs the inpatient stage. And put your foot down as his mom and make sure that he gets admitted so he has the right diagnosis comfort and care before he leaves. My opinion is three strikes and he’s in, not out. I wish you the best of luck, my prayers go out to you and yours, and I appreciate your request of my service. God bless
