I would look at bilateral flat feet that caused the DJD of the knees, and look into Lyme disease, Bartonella and mold illness. All these symptoms would fit.
If this developed after COVID then long Covid would be a possibility. Fibromyalgia can give muscle pain fatigue and memory problems. Neither should give you bowel and bladder incontinence. It may be that you are experiencing 1 problem affecting several parts of the nervous system or 2 separate problems. Examples of 1 problem would include Lyme disease, lupus and other autoimmune disorders and paraneoplastic conditions. Examples of two problems are thins I mentioned above and a separate problem causing bowel and bladder issues. It wouldn’t be unreasonable to make sure blood work has been done to check these things and consider evaluating the bowel and bladder with an abdominal and pelvic CT and MRI of the lumbosacral spine if those haven’t been done.
