Numbness after accident?

I had a severe attack accident 4 days ago. I was knocked unconscious for a while and was lifeflighted to a hospital where they did an MRI and a cat scan. Those test found nothing significant and they released me that night and I felt fine with a little neck soreness. The next morning I woke up and the skin on my right collarbone was numb (and still is). I was wondering if this is a normal whiplash symptom and if so, how should I treat it?

That is not a normal whiplash symptom. It is likely related to the injury itself. You should start by seeing your pcp
I am not sure if you meant car accident or attacked. It could be a whiplash injury or nerve damage due to trauma. Regardless this is not normal and needs to be further evaluated. I would call your primary or a neurologist to get you in and do further testing (nerve studies and or more site-specific MRI or CT scan studies). You might need further treatment depending on what is found. For the time being, I suggest refraining from major strenuous physical activity pertaining to your upper extremities.
Numbness in a very localized area after trauma is typically from a nerve injury. Certainly, a neck or shoulder injury would do this. Typically X-rays, a CAT SCAN, or MRI would be done followed by treatment based on those results.
