Pain in tendons without inflammation?

I have a strange condition concerning my tendons. I easily injure them I don't seem to heal if not injected with steroids on time (as in the palm of my hand for my pinky finger tendon, the pain never returned) the if not they become chronic pain. For example, my first pain was with my hands due to overuse back in 2015 (I also have stabbing pains problems in my shoulder-steroid injections didn't work, Achilles tendon physical therapy didn't work, and TMJ). I've had surgery for D'Quervain's but it did not work, steroid injections either. Still, up to this day, the pain remains (comes and goes) a stabbing pain except for my index finger which feels like a burning pain. The MRI, ultrasounds, and blood work don't reveal anything abnormal. The pain in my hands is rather a stabbing pain. Any ideas?

This sound terrible, and I feel for you. I would consider a functional medicine approach that would include myofascial disruption techniques and blood work to rule out other chronic conditions that may be related if it hasn't already been done (full thyroid panel, diabetic panel, nutritional panel, etc) and certainly consider supplementation to support your ligaments. Many times chronic inflammatory conditions can perpetuate these musculoskeletal conditions.

Of course, my answer is based on very limited information. A more thorough history and examination would be necessary to give better answers, but this may give you some direction. So, consider finding a functional medicine practitioner.
Pain is inflammation. Consult Functional Medicine. Consult Obesity Medicine if overweight/obesity. Start Acupuncture with Moxibustion.
