“How do you pop your hips?”
I am a 34-year-old female and I want to pop my hips. How do you pop your hips?

If by hips you mean your pelvis, you can sometimes release them with some lower body twisting. Basically, lay flat and bring your knees to your chest and twist right and left. Occasionally, you can get them to “pop.” Otherwise, a chiropractor can get them released fairly easily.

Hello!!
I would not advise you to pop your own hips. My recommendation is to schedule time with either a chiropractor or a physical therapist to further evaluate why your hips need popping.

When you refer to your hips, I take it that you are talking about the sacroiliac articulation (joint). You can't "pop" it, but you can stretch the muscles surrounding it by lying flat on your back. Take one leg and bring it across your body, bend the leg, and grab the knee pulling it toward your chest. Same for the other side. As far as adjusting and aligning the pelvis, you should see a chiropractor.

I don’t. I get mine adjusted by my chiropractor. Yes, chiropractors need adjustments, too. I’d suggest you contact one to safely adjust your hips.
Butterfly stretches
Sit up straight with your buttocks firmly touching the floor.
Bend your knees and place the bottoms of your feet together so that your heels touch.
Take a deep breath to center your stretch.
Gently press your knees down on both sides toward the floor and breathe out. You may hear your hip pop.

No!!! Don't pop your own back or any joints. Doctors of Chiropractic themselves don't. Get proper examination and evaluation and treatment.
