“Period issue?”
So I had a baby 4 months ago and my period started when she was 10 weeks. However, they have been horrendous. The pain is unbearable and the amount of blood is terrible. I’m on my 6th period in the space of 8 weeks. I sometimes feel unwell with the periods too, and have a sickness.

An increase in the blood flow (and pain) can be natural after delivery, however, this sounds extreme. Please see your doctor for evaluation. It is easiest to evaluate when you are not on your cycle. I would expect the evaluation to include an internal ultrasound, cervical cultures and bloodwork.
