“When should I go to the ER?”
I am 3 months pregnant and I have been having a sore throat for 5 days. The first day was just an itch leading up to the soreness. I have only taken Tylenol 500mg & have been drinking warm lemon water with honey. Nothing seems to be working. It feels like there is a razor blade stuck in my throat and I am barely able to speak due to the pain.

No need to go ER but has to be seen by your doctor and need to get antibiotics after getting culture done
No need for ER visit, check with your provider for either bacterial or viral infection.
Stay isolated take Tylenol every 4-6 hours
Going to E R will exhaust you at present waiting 48!hours will not hurt
Lot of rest and honey and water

I recommend going to the ER sooner rather than later. Within a couple of days would be good. You want to have them check that you don't have an infection in your throat area. Please consult with your family doctor for further guidance.
