“Petechia?”
I noticed tiny red spots on both boobs and arms and a couple on my stomach. I had them for months and they don’t go away. I have heamochromatosis and attend the hospital and have blood work done regularly and all seems fine. I donate blood regularly, I am worried why I have these and why they won’t go away.

They need to be seen by your dermatologist. They do sound like benign growths called angiomas.
