“Platelets”
I took a blood test and my platelets was around 545. I took one 3 weeks later and it was 250. confused on why the huge difference.

Hard to say without the full panel. Sometimes it as simple as the level of hydration you had at the time of the test. Run the full panel by your doctor for a better understanding.
