Possible allergy?

I’ve been having two tiny clear bumps around my uvula they don’t cause pain at all they’re just there. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything bad.

Yes, that could be secondary to allergies if they also itch, but if it gets worse or is painful, you should get it checked out.
Your photo doesn't show the entire soft palate, and it's a bit out of focus. I don't know if this platform allows you to send better photos. How long ago did you first notice the bumps? Not typical cancer, if that's your concern.
- If there's something that's probably been there for years and you just discovered it is almost certainly nothing to worry about. If it changes in size or appearance over time your dentist is probably the best person to look at it as their training includes the identification of other mouth
problems than just the teeth. I wouldn't schedule a special dentist visit unless you are worried; if it's as you described it doesn't change, I simply asked your dentist to look at it at your next regular exam. Good luck.
