Random white patches on hands following covid?

I'm currently not taking any medication for any treatment. I'm currently battling with the damage that covid to my body while I had it. My hands are the topic in which I would like to talk about. Over the past few weeks I've been getting random white patches only on the palms of my hands and fingers they onset quickly it can be quite painful. I watch them appear before my eyes and then disappear within minutes. The discoloration almost looks as if I were burned by a very hot metal iron.

The white patches on your hands that come and go might be caused by poor blood flow, nerve issues, or a skin reaction after COVID.

Possible reasons:
Blood flow problem (Raynaud’s) – Your blood vessels tighten and stop blood from reaching your skin, turning it white.
COVID effect – COVID can affect blood flow or nerves, causing skin changes.
Skin reaction – Harsh soaps or chemicals might be irritating your hands.
What to do:
Keep your hands warm.
Use a gentle moisturizer.
Notice if cold, stress, or pressure makes it worse.
See a doctor if it keeps happening, gets painful, or spreads.
