Dobutamine stress result dose till 40ug/kg/min Archived 75% of target HR Has palpitations only during infusion No chest pain,mild heaviness left shoulder High dose dob mild basal inferior wall hypokinesia Normal response 63% resting to 75%within test.
48-H AMBULATORY ECG MONITORING SHOWS:
- The basic rhythm is sinus rhythm .
- The average heart rate was 74 bpm.
The minimum heart rate was 49 at D1-09:01.
(0 min of bradycardia 100 bpm).
- No pauses > 2 sec were detected, the longest RR was 1.3 at D1-09:01.
- 204 single Ventricular ectopy were found (0.1% of total beats).
- 19 Supraventricular ectopy was found of them one SV run of 5 beats at D2-09:51.
- No episodes of ST depression were detected .
- HRV reflecting balanced ANS.
- 59 % of corrected QT were prolonged > 450
msec, with max QTc was 498 msec.
- No patient marks were detected.

What is the question? Reading dobutamine echos is an art so questions about reading the images are best directed to someone who routinely does them (I don't).
