“Rice like spots ”
Hi, I recently noticed 3 little rice like spots on my penis. I had one before and ended up getting it out and it healed.

Rice-like spots on the penis could be caused by a few things:
Fordyce spots: Small, harmless bumps that are just oil glands.
Pearly penile papules: Small bumps that are also harmless and common on the head of the penis.
Molluscum contagiosum: A viral infection causing small, raised bumps that may need treatment.
Ingrown hairs: If you shave or trim, this can cause small bumps.
