Sex and ejaculation without arousal concerns?

Sometimes when I have sex and ejaculate I'm not particularly aroused, or hard at all, or feel much. What's wrong with me?

There are many reasons why this could be the case, stress is usually at the top of the list, fatigue, hormone imbalance, lack of sleep, poor diet, lack of hydration. If this continues for a long time, you may want to see a doctor for some blood tests for your testosterone levels. However, try to manage your stress level through meditation, exercise, get 7-9 hours of sleep per night, eat good food and drink lots of water and this may resolve itself.
This is a complex and delicate question. You have to look in the mirror. Are you obese? Do you lift weights? What are your HbA1c and testosterone levels? I would hope that those values are off (especially during this pandemic) rather than relationship problems. The pandemic has led to a lot of domestic abuse/divorce, etc. If domestic life is fine, your problem is being pre-diabetic from inadequate exercise, or if you are taking psych meds like so many grown men I have seen break down in tears... Most of my patients are working age guys. They are struggling. Restrictions are loosened during this crisis beyond regular USA state lines.
