I’m 15 years old and I have had sex before. I have these weird spot like bumps around my penis and there is about 6 of them. They are very pronounced and I hate how my areas look. I have no idea what to do as I am scared to tell anyone.

Seek a urologist's advice.
You need to be tested mainly for herpes, you do not want to miss many reasons. Please make sure you see a doctor. Under 18 visiting a doctor should be with consent of parents, but you can tell your parents to write a letter to give permission to be alone and being seen without their presence. So many of my teens are doing it and then it's confidential. Tell them you have some questions and are not comfortable.

It sounds like you are having unprotected sex. You should be using a condom during sexual intercourse. What you describe sounds like genital herpes, which is incurable, but can be controlled with medication. This condition is also transmissible to sex partners. The only way you can protect them is by wearing a condom. Please see your doctor.
