That area is a common symptom of diverticulitis. Inflammation and infection of diverticula in your large intestine. I hope by now you have had AT LEAST one colonoscopy and know if you have diverticulosis. In any case, see a doctor. Either your PCP or Urgent Care. A doctor needs to examine you and at least do some lab.
The symptoms you describe would be better helped with some more details with an interview. Non the less, It could be a musclo- skeletal pain caused by say a psoas muscle pain, could be related to bowel action, diverticular disease, or an infection say a UTI. In any case you would be better seening and been examined by a doctor who will be able to make a proper diagnosis..
