What is wrong with me?

I noticed years ago at the university that my hands are shaking, and I thought it is because I am nervous and had anxiety. But I noticed that they shake at home as well, sometimes it is like twitching, other times my whole hands shake and it is worse when I am anxious or someone is watching me, also worse if I hold something and try to focus to put something to a certain target. I also noticed that I get easily irritated, I get nervous and angry or sad fast. I also lost the ability to concentrate for long. Besides this, if there is a bit of cold outside I shake so bad, even if I wear very warm clothes and others don't even seem bothered by it, I shake uncontrollably, and it physically hurts, like my hand joints hurt a lot from the cold. My main problem is the shaking part since my studies require precise work, sadly my dad and grandpa have shaky hands as well so I might have essential tremors, but I thought that those with those other symptoms might have something else. I went to a neurologist, they did an MRI and my brain is normal, I took vitamins, like magnesium, calcium, B12, and vitamin D. I took calming pills, but still, no improvement, what is wrong with me? I also thought about my thyroid problems but my hormone levels are good as well, also my blood sugar level is okay.
