Sharp pain in the right top of leg?

I have a sharp pain in the upper right leg that comes and goes quickly about once every hour or so. It goes so slightly then increases for a moment and then dissipates.

Male | 65 years old
Complaint duration: Days
Medications: Lisinopril, metoprolol, levothyroxine, pracastatin
Conditions: Pacemaker
