Shingles treatment?

I am 37 years old. I have a background of shingles 4x now. I have a pic of what's going on. As of symptoms in and out of hot, cold. Shocking like an electric shock from right to the left shoulder and very itchy.

I can provide some general information. Shingles is caused by the reactivation of the varicella-zoster virus, which causes chickenpox. The primary goal of shingles treatment is to alleviate symptoms, promote healing, and prevent complications.

Antiviral medication, such as acyclovir, valacyclovir, or famciclovir, is often prescribed to help reduce the severity and duration of shingles symptoms. These medications work best when started within 72 hours of the appearance of the rash.

To relieve pain and discomfort associated with shingles, over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may be recommended. Additionally, your doctor may prescribe stronger pain medications if needed.

Applying calamine lotion or using cool compresses can help soothe itching. Keeping the affected area clean and dry can promote healing and prevent bacterial infections.

It's important to consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan tailored to your specific situation. They will assess your symptoms, review your medical history, and provide personalized advice on managing your recurring shingles episodes.
I would talk to your doctor about the Shingles Vaccine
Many patients develop post-shingles neuropathy
This can be managed with gabapentin, lyrica, other meds
These symptoms are c/w POST-HERPETIC NEURALGIA. Largely because this chronic pain syndrome can result from an acute episode of HERPES ZOSTER (shingles), it is recommended that those age 50 or more get the newer SHINGREX VACCINE(a 2-shot regimen with the 2nd shot given 3-6 months after the 1st). But, if you really have had 4 separate episodes of acute shingles infection, I would advise you to also get the SHINGREX VACCINE as it is 95% protective against another acute episode of Herpes Zoster infection and lasts for as long as you live.
Not quite sure what are you asking. From your report having had shingles 4 times at your age is suggestive of an immune system problem. Treatment for shingles includes antiviral medication such as Zovirax, local topical anti-inflammatory anesthetics and systemic pain medications. In your particular case, I suggest you check with your doctor(s) and have your immune system checked. You may also want to consider a shingles vaccine ( provided your immune system and other medical problems allow it ).
Shingles look like small reddened blisters always along the course of a sensory nerve, and always on just one side of the body. If your problem goes from the right to the left shoulder it can’t be shingles.
