Thus, I recommend seeing your doctor right away and having the appropriate tests ordered (like a quick urine test), and he/she can tell you if it is an emergent situation or if you can wait awhile. BUT, if you can't see your doctor in a day or two, then I would either go to an ER or to an "urgent care center."
