“Should I remove my splint?”
I got an elbow fracture 7 weeks ago. I received a splint and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to heal, it's been 7 weeks of healing is it okay to take the splint off?

Medications: non
Conditions: broken arm

Probably healed by now but should get a follow-up Xray to confirm.
If the X-ray shows good healing
Appointment with the Orthopedic surgeon.
Ask your doctor
You should see your treating doctor who is managing your fracture with a splint for repeat X-rays and evaluation.
Return to ER that placed the splint to determine when to remove the splint.
