A psychiatrist will prescribe you medication or possibly refer you to someone mentioned above. Are the panic attacks related to trauma or overall anxiety? What are the negative thoughts you are having right before the panic attack? Panic could be related to panic disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD or stress.
