“Should you brush teeth before or after coffee?”
I drink coffee every day. I want to know if I should brush my teeth before or after coffee?

Definitely brush your teeth before coffee to get the bacterial plaque off your teeth - that’s what will stain with the dark coffee. The same thing applies to brushing before foods that can cause decay - the plaque you remove is what causes the acids to form whenever refined carbohydrates are introduced into your mouth - hence, less decay when you brush BEFORE.
There are advantages to each time. First thing in the morning, brushing first is probably better. The coffee will taste better. If you put sugar in your coffee, there will be fewer bacteria "eating" the sugar and creating acid on your teeth. At other times of the day, probably after drinking it is better to remove any stain. (Sipping sweetened coffee over a long time is worse for teeth than drinking it quickly.)
