Sleep schedule question?

Hello, I have a question about my sleep. You see. I am 18, not in school yet, no job. And I am a gamer. So naturally, my sleep schedule is gonna be horrible. Although. I have been having this problem for a few years now. I usually would fall asleep anywhere between the range of 1 AM and 5 AM. (Big range right?) and wake up sometime between 10 AM and 1 PM. Now If I fall asleep (like tonight) around 11 PM I WILL no matter what, wake up in the middle of the night 1-3 times. And it is very very hard for me to go back to bed after that. Why is this? How do I fix it? Please help me!

Your delayed sleep phase disorder is very common in your age group, made worse by your gaming. Melatonin will help reset your internal clock, not put you to sleep. It will help consolidate your sleep. You have to wake up at the same time every morning 30-60 minutes earlier every week till your desired time to wake up. No naps.
