Sore throat?

It's hard to swallow, my tonsils are swollen and they hurt, exhausted and the back of my throat looks different than normal.

It sounds like you have pharyngitis or tonsillitis. If you are running a fever or if this has persisted for several days, seek medical help. A rapid strep test can be very helpful. It can be difficult though to determine if the infection is viral or bacterial. A throat culture which takes a few days to return results, can be useful.
Does not look like strep or mono. Probably viral.

They don’t look too bad to me. I would do salt water gargles three times a day for 10 days and try treating any allergies or acid reflux. If it doesn’t improve, you may need to get it swabbed
