Spotting?

I was due to start my period on 12/21 but I started spotting on 12/14. I took 2 pregnancy tests that both came up negative 2 days apart then I got my period on 12/19. My periods usually last 5 days but I am still spotting. I am tired, stressed, light headaches, dizziness, gassy, and mild cramping that comes and goes.

Keep a menstrual calendar. If it continues for 3 months, see a doctor.
It is not unusual to have your periods within 7 days before or after your last period. As far as spotting, keep an eye on it. If it is persistent or gets worse, see your OBGyn. Headaches and dizziness are due to dehydration since you did not have a heavy period or excessive bleeding. Hydrate yourself with plenty of water, atleast a gallon a day, eat plant based unprocessed food, go for a walk and get some sleep. Take ibuprofen 400 mg with food for cramping. If you still feel bad, make an appointment with your OBGyn.
Take care!
