Stomach problem?

What is wrong if I have bloody poop and can't keep anything down?

The possibilities include gastroenteritis, food poisoning, inflammatory bowel disease, and bowel cancer. Thus I strongly advise going to the ER or seeing good internist or GI specialist as soon as possible.
Bloody bowel movements can be from several serious causes- colon cancer, polyps, colitis are a few. You should immediately see a physician or go to urgent care to get an examination and blood/stool test.
The symptoms are very vague and can be explained by many different causes. Each symptom needs a lot more detail and they may not be related to each other.
