Suffering from worsening inguinal, pelvic, and penis pain?

I am a 50 year old male. I have been suffering from severe, heavy, dragging, and pulsating pain and pressure along my left inguinal groin and pelvic area for over one month now. It gets incredibly more intense when I am standing up, walking around, leaning forward, and bending down, and it significantly decreases and gets more tolerable when I am lying down and resting. Although I do not see or feel any bulge or swelling in my left inguinal or pelvic area, it still feels like something is pushing outwards especially when I stand up and walk around. What is also very worrisome to me is that the pain and pressure are spreading downwards into the penis as well and the penis has been getting noticeably hard, rigid, and painfully stiff even though there is no erection or sexual stimulation going on. Again, the penis looks and feels rigid and hard even though it is largely in a flaccid state. Both Urination and Bowel movements get less frequent and are very difficult to have during all of this left inguinal, pelvic, and penis pain.

Visit PCP, plan for MRI of abdomen-pelvis or CT scan abdomen and pelvis. Consult Functional Medicine. Start Acupuncture with Moxibustion.
