Swollen neck?

My neck has been swelling for a couple of months now, the swelling will come and go. There are a couple of places where I feel balls in my neck, I have had fevers and lack of energy. Can you help me to know what I should do? I have had 90 sliva stones under my tongue.

It sounds like you have an infection with what you're describing are swollen lymph nodes. Your throat should be checked for an infection cultured and treated.
Probably important to have a full medical evaluation by a otolaryngology physician specializing in head and neck disorders and salivary gland issues.

Well, if your symptoms are as bad as they sound you should see an ENT doctor as soon as you can get an appointment. There is very little that can be done over the internet. Hopefully it is nothing serious, but you should see an ENT and make sure.
This may be a number of possible problems. The most likely cause of this is chronic recurrent infection/inflammation of your submandibular salivary glands caused by recurring salivary stone formation, which intermittently blocks the saliva flow from the glands. When the glands become blocked, they swell and become infected until the stone passes or is removed by a surgeon. Surrounding lymph nodes also can swell. You need to be seen by an ENT and evaluated and treated. It is likely you will be given antibiotics, and imaging tests will be ordered. It is possible at some point in the future it may be recommended you have the gland or both glands removed.

See an ENT physician for evaluation and endoscopy. Lab tests and needle biopsy may be indicated.
