“Swollen testicle?”
I am a 69 year old male and noticed about a month ago that my right testicle was about the size of a large egg and the left a size of a pecan. They don't hurt but am concerned it hasn't gone down.

Medications: Meds for blood pressure
Conditions: High blood pressure

You should see your PCP or urologist for exam and scrotal ultrasound.
