“The room was spinning?”
When I open my eyes this morning the room was spinning and it happen again when I woke up from a nap why?

Conditions: Diabetes , depression,anxiety

A spinning sensation is called vertigo. It can be caused by the inner ear or the brain. If there are no other symptoms, then the inner ear is most likely responsible.
