“Thigh pain?”
I had a sharp pain in my thighs out of nowhere. Loped down and there was a pump that is now a bruise. Should I be concerned?

Yep. Maybe brown recluse spider bite.
Hello. You popped a blood vessel in subcutaneous tissues or muscle causing a hematoma. Could be from contact, muscle tear. May be worse if taking aspirin or NSAID’s (Motrin, Advil etc). Would not worry unless getting larger or more painful. Ice several times daily and observe. Good luck.
I would have your internist give you a check up. You could have pumped it without realizing it. You could be a bit sensitive to aspirin or Motrin. Medicines in that class can make patients Bruise more easily
I think you should be evaluated. It is hard to tell by the pictures that you sent. I believe there are a few things that could cause that to happen.
