Throat won’t allow me to burp

Age is 17.
My main issue is: 17 Male

Swollen glands left more than right
Throat won’t allow me to burp
Feeling of tightness or pressure upper chest /lower neck
Nauseas
Symptoms have been going for around 1-2 weeks
Have been prescribed salpraz 20mg to take once a night before dinne and also prescribed prednisolone 25 mg to take twice a day for 3 days to help relieve pressure in throat and chest
Sometimes feel something come up from stomach like burp or acid but doesn’t come out

i would take the pantoprazole but not the prednisone. Prednisone may actually may your reflux worse. In addition i would get pepcid AC from the pharmacy over the counter and take that at night. You are describing a bit of acid reflux, which is normal for most people, but can be annoying and irritating after a prolonged period of time. Go see a gastroenterologist. You are very skinny, and your picture shows the prominance of your submandibular glands. Looks normal. Inflammation of the esophagus can cause the symptoms you describe. Look up eosinophilic esophagitis.
