Thyroid nodule?

I have had a thyroid nodule for about 8 years. If I press on a certain place on my throat, I can drain the contents of it. I can feel it in my throat, and there is an audible noise when I press on it. I want to know how to get rid of it?

thyroid nodule cannot be 'drained' into the throat. How do you know you have a nodule? A thyroid nodule is diagnosed with imaging, such as ultrasound or CT.
There are many different types of cysts that appear on the neck, such as thyroglossal duct cyst or branchial cleft cyst. Also pushing on your throat with any force may move the cartilaginous pieces of the larynx and hypopharynx around, and you might "hear" this sound in your body. Before you diagnose yourself, have your doctor order you a simple thyroid or Neck ultrasound.
Its not common for a person your age to have a thyroid nodule. I would be concerned if that was the case.
You need to see an ENT doctor for evaluation, endoscopy, and potential imaging studies, e.g. CT candor MRI, or ultrasound.

I'd definitely start by having you see an ENT physician and having an ultrasound performed.

A thyroid nodule should not be in continuity with your throat. This sounds more like a laryngocele.
