Low vitamin D rarely causes tingling, you may need to have your Vitamin B9 and B12 checked. See low vitamin B9 and B12 on-line.
The deficiency is well detected, but the tingling you are feeling is not directly due to vitamin D deficiency. I am sure Vit B12 and other B are low, so you need to check what level they are at and take a supplement or take booster shots to correct that discomfort. Let me know what evolution you have, we will keep in touch and I hope the explanation will help you. You only have to take Vit D of 50,000 units for 12 weeks and do a laboratory test to see if you are absorbing vitamin D better and are taking it at the correct time of day. thanks for write.
