Undetectable implant in the body?

My wife had surgery about 12 years ago for endometriosis. So possibly the doctor/surgeon also put a device in my wife's body. This device was to release certain chemicals in her body to keep aggression down? Now she has had many MRIs done but nothing has ever shown up on the scan. First of all is there such device that can go undetected? If so how would a device know when to release a chemical?

Female | 41 years old
Medications: Methodone and antidepressants
Conditions: My wife has been poisoned with arsinic and has bad health issues because of it

There is no known device that we would insert in the body on a patient with endometriosis that would release any chemicals in her body
Since the MRI has not detected anything, most likely she does not have any device inserted
I’m sorry for your problems. There is no implant to alter a person’s personality that I know of ( doesn’t mean it doesn’t exit), but it would have shown up on the MRI or CT scan or 3 dimensional ultrasound.
Are you sure you aren’t spoofing us with this question??!!!
I am not aware of a device that would have been used 12 yrs ago that would have been implanted for treatment of endometriosis that would have lasted that long releasing medication (chemicals) and at no time is arsenic used to manage any gynecologic conditions. I would recommend you and your wife visit the doctor who performed the surgery to find out the details of the procedure and to discuss the symptoms your wife is having. If that doctor is not available, follow up with A doctor for evaluation.
I am not sure why a device/ implant would not be detectable. That is certainly confusing. There are things like hormone pellets that absorb over time and are not metal. I would ask the physician that did the surgery about the details.
