“Urinating?”
I was on my period and I thought I had finished it and so me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex and while we are doing it blood comes out. I am very worried because three days after every time I pee it burns a lot and my ovaries or uterus feels like it’s like opening at the end of my urination.

The period probably caused that. There can be uterine congestion. Be sure you are not pregnant too.
If your symptoms are persisting, I would recommend seeing your doctor for evaluation.

You probably need to see a gynecologist to have an exam and urine test to make sure there is not a pelvic infection.
