Vaginal bleeding with a foul smell?

I am 69 and within the past few weeks I have been bleeding and it smells. I also have a high fever and need to take paracetamol. The medication I'm taking now is enalapril for pressure, and aspirin for cholesterol I was diagnosed with very bad cholesterol. This was before I started having vaginal bleeding.

At 69yo with post menopausal bleeding I would recommend seeing a gynecologist & getting a sonogram to check the thickness of the endometrium in the uterus. We always worry about endometrial cancer but could be a benign condition but would recommend getting it checked.
You should definitely see your gynecologist if you are having vaginal bleeding at age 69, that could be a symptom of infection or an abnormal growth in the vagina or cervix or uterus that needs a biopsy.
You need to see a gynecologist.
Take care!
You need to see an ob/gyn as soon as you can. You need an exam.
